How to use

1. Peel off the backing.
2. Stick the pad inside your garment, centred on the underarm seam.
3. Wear it all day, then remove it and throw it in the bin (do not flush).

One pair per day. With delicate fabrics such as silk, test one pad on a hidden area first.
